Hand in glove ready to catch a baseball.

My buddy PJ (A ‘lil Hoohaa) is at it again with the blog challenges and this time it’s one entitled Can Of Corn. It’s based on baseball. Yep, I just used that sentence. Well, there’s numerous topics that will be talked about in this one and they’re all related to baseball.

This one started a few months ago, but yeah, I am a little behind so bare with me as I try to catch up. So before I run to home with this one please remember to check out PJ’s blog and the co-host of this challenge Kasey’s blog. And of course enjoy baseball!

The first topic at hand is entitled “The best promotion you’ve ever been to” So without further ado let’s take the leap.

I’ve never been one to go to a game just because of a certain promotion night, but recently I’ve gotten a couple of bobble heads because of doing that. But that’s mainly because how things worked out with my work schedule.

For those who are confused by the topic, it’s not which company you enjoy the best, but what added thing like fireworks or giveaways the ballparks are showcasing to bring in the people.

I’ve gone to some fireworks and some giveaways, heck, I’ve even gone to a Tri-City Valley Cats game just to sit in the parking lot to watch the fireworks.

So what really is my favorite promotion? I guess you can say one of the bobble head games I attended this year. Or maybe it wasn’t a promotion game at all, but a game where I got to go somewhere nice with people I enjoyed. Well, that usually happens all the time.

But years ago, the whole family visited Boston and we went to a game at Fenway. I don’t really remember it all, but I remember parts and of course the stories I’ve been told. It was back when Roger Clemens was a Red Sox. I think that could be one of my favorites. Or even the times I attended Syracuse Chiefs with my grandparents.

I guess it doesn’t matter what promotion is being held, but instead who is there with you.
