NFL Week 5 – October 6th, 2013

TDG “I got guys here who flat just go out there and get it, some of the best skill guys in the country”

— Tajh Boyd, Clemson Tigers QB after Saturday’s win against Syracuse

Urban Meyer Is Just A Mad Buckeye

Urban Meyer

As the Ohio State Buckeyes marched down the field to claim the victory over Northwestern Wildcats, they came to a point where they had to take a time out to stop the clock and figure things out. But in the mean time the referees had reviewed the previous play and it came out to be a touchdown. Thus setting off Buckeyes coach Urban Myers into a furious rage as he lost a time out for no reason.

Ohio State would go on to win the game by 10 points. And they are still undefeated and ranked 4th in the Nation.

Yet the fact is he got so pissed off he almost set himself out of the coaching game once again. After all he had heart problems when he was the coach of the Florida Gators. Now check out a GIF of him getting upset!

The Governments Gamenavy-footballWhile forests and national monuments get shut down a football goes on. The Navy versus Air Force game went on without a hitch unless you were a member of the Air Force team. As Navy’s Keenan Reynolds ran all over them and gaining a 28 to 10 win. I wonder how the government could allow this game to go on, but must block WW 2 Veterans from seeing some rocks with names carved into it.

Faking A Injury?

Standford just barely beat the Washington Huskies. As the number 16 team came within a field goal of beating the number 5 team. And a controversy came out of it when the Huskies coach Steve Sarkisian believed the Cardinals were faking injuries. Shayne Skov a linebacker for Standford said in rebuttal to the accusations “We got the dub, UW is a hell of a team period. If I’m having docs look at me on the sideline I’m not faking it. Grow up, n watch the replay”

‘Cuse Ain’t Chicken
7ef5d126c6e64d0282ebf9a26e0efe21While the Syracuse Orange tried to win but couldn’t over come the power house that is known as the number 3 team in the land the Clemson Tigers. The Orange put up a good fight for being a team out skilled, the biggest headline was that the game was held in Syracuse, New York and was somehow sponsored by Chick-fil-A. A place that only has one restaurant inside New York State and that’s on the campus of New York University. So we need to change this!

Rees Pieces

Notre Dame isn’t what they could have been this year. After last years strong season they have already fallen out of National contention with 2 loses. Yet Tommy Rees the teams quarterback went 17-for-38 for 279 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. There might be a bowl game for the Fighting Irish, but that’s about it.
